A Little About Me

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Henderson State University and earned both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the University of Maryland University College. These academic achievements have given me a strong foundation in business strategy, team building, and operational design—skills I use daily to help businesses thrive.

Before entering the world of entrepreneurship, I spent my entire career working in state government in the public health sector.

My journey began in human resources, where I worked as a certified HR training instructor, facilitating, conducting and designing organization trainings, workshops, and employee development programs for teams at all levels laying the groundwork for my expertise in instructional design and team building.

Later, I transitioned into the health IT world and worked as a data analyst and IT developer as a result of a special government initiative to build databases and interfaces to send and receive patient data between healthcare providers and agencies. This is where I honed my skills in process improvement, and system optimization. Although my love for IT started back when I would spend hours customizing the music and color on my Myspace page, it was my experience as an IT developer that helped me realize I could get paid to do what I love. Today, I draw from both my HR expertise and IT experience to help online service-based business owners create streamlined, efficient, and scalable systems and operations.

I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses of all sizes—from ambitious solopreneurs to established Fortune 500 companies. Since 2013, I’ve worked with a wide range of service-based businesses, including coaching practices, freelancers, accountants, copywriters, lawyers, and other experienced professionals. Whether it’s solopreneurs building a foundation or established entrepreneurs looking to scale, I’ve helped my clients streamline their workflows, systemize their operations, and achieve sustainable growth. My mission is to equip business owners with the tools and strategies they need to run their businesses with ease and efficiency.

As a result of my work experience and education, I've had the honor of conducting workshops and speaking at various conferences and events on topics related to business management, digital marketing, program design, and team building. This platform has allowed me to interact with fellow coaches, share insights, and stay updated on emerging trends in the field.​In a nutshell, my journey as a seasoned online business manager reflects a blend of hands-on experience, educational expertise, client successes, and a commitment to continuous learning. My mission is to empower as many online coaches as I can with effective coaching techniques and instructional design strategies that pave the way for their growth and success.
